Become the Engineering Manager for MongoDB's Search Query Platform in Toronto, Ontario. Oversee a new team’s growth while enhancing search reliability in a hybrid work environment.
In this foundational leadership role, you will guide the creation of the Search Query Platform & Availability (SQPA) team. Working closely with stakeholders, you will chart the team’s roadmap and manage all aspects of personnel development.
