Job Purpose
The Leadership & Major Gifts Officer is a relationship-driven and passionate fundraiser focused on building long-term partnerships with individual donors who share our vision for a food-secure Mississauga. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of an emerging and growth-focussed portfolio of middle($1,000-$9,999/yr)and major($10,000+/yr, bequests)gift donors and prospects.
Key Performance Areas
Portfolio Strategic Oversight (40%)
- Singular responsibility to drive the acquisition, engagement, management, and retention of FBM’s middle and major donors to achieve FBM's financial goals.
