For Leading Hand Line Setters and Frontline Managers to lead a production team for a stable and established beverage company. A Permanent Full Time role within a growth-oriented and professional work culture.

Your normal day will involve:
- Leading a team on glass filling or canning lines.
- Performing efficient changeovers and setting up machinery.
- Conducting internal cleaning as per SOPs.
- Overseeing line readiness for production.
- Training operators on equipment usage.
- Conducting quality checks to maintain standards.
