You’ll spend your time guiding the team, keeping work moving, and rolling up your sleeves to support maintenance and projects across our sites. This is a physical role, so you’ll need to be comfortable with manual, hands-on work and able to pass a pre-employment medical.
About the role:
As a Leading Hand – Pen Systems, you’ll lead daily activities across pen system maintenance and marine infrastructure work. You’ll support the team, coordinate tasks and resources, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while contributing hands-on when needed.
