Responsibilities
• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, Node, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
- 7–8+ years of experience in software support engineering, technical operations, production support, incident management, SRE, software engineering, or related technical fields
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience across distributed systems, mobile applications, backend systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Experience reviewing source code and supporting engineering-level investigations
- Experience with ELK, CloudWatch, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring/logging platforms
- Strong understanding of SQL/database analysis and log investigation
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS
