Responsibilities


• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, Node, JavaScript, C++, etc.)

  • 7–8+ years of experience in software support engineering, technical operations, production support, incident management, SRE, software engineering, or related technical fields
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience across distributed systems, mobile applications, backend systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
  • Experience reviewing source code and supporting engineering-level investigations
  • Experience with ELK, CloudWatch, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring/logging platforms
  • Strong understanding of SQL/database analysis and log investigation
  • Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS
