In this role, you'll collaborate with business partners to develop effective training initiatives that cater to various learning styles. Your experience of over five years in program design and stakeholder consultation will be vital to ensure impactful learning sessions. The role combines your analytical skills and creativity in delivering training both in-person and virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create large-scale training programs utilizing diverse delivery methods
• Present engaging training sessions to enhance participant retention
• Consult with stakeholders to assess training needs
• Keep abreast of best practices in training and development
• Work alongside the Learning & Development Team to drive initiatives
