About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a 12‑month Fixed Term role as a Learning Specialist. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver high‑quality learning solutions that enhance employee capability and support business transformation initiatives. This role ensures that learning programs, content, and tools drive measurable performance outcomes, improve adoption of new processes and systems, and enable a consistent and effective learner experience.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop engaging, high‑quality learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
