About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work within Primary Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across the Totton area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support younger pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access education and develop key foundational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored and engaging learning activities
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
