9-month contract role with a local authority Summary This 9-month contract role with a local authority is designed to support young people, particularly care leavers, in their transition to independent adulthood. The position involves providing holistic, person-centred advice, guidance, and intervention. The successful candidate will manage a caseload, deliver tailored support programmes, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure young people access appropriate services, develop life skills, and achieve positive outcomes.
