What you’ll do:
Legal Affairs :
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various commercial contracts (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS licensing, data privacy agreements, manufacturing & distribution agreements, customer MSAs).
- Provide detailed redline edits, risk evaluations, and negotiation strategies.
- Oversee contract administration and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Partner with external counsel on corporate matters including financing, IP, employment, and regulatory issues.
