Donovan Kochman LLP is a litigation boutique in midtown Toronto focused on estate and trusts advocacy and commercial litigation across Ontario.
We are looking for a legal assistant or law clerk to primarily work on estate litigation matters in a professional, fast-paced, and team-oriented setting.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as legal assistant or law clerk in civil litigation or estate litigation at an Ontario law firm
- Working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and court processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Professionalism
- Attention to detail and mature/positive attitude
Law clerk or paralegal certificate is an asset.
