What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Legal Associate to join Clara’s Legal team in Colombia. You’ll play a key role in ensuring Clara’s local operations remain compliant, well‑documented, and legally sound. Working closely with our Legal Lead and global teams, you'll manage operational legal work that supports our business goals while reducing risks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, and corporate documentation
Providing legal support across internal teams — especially Sales , Finance , and Operations
Supporting Clara’s compliance with Colombian regulations, especially related to data protection and AML frameworks
Managing communications and deadlines with regulatory bodies, including the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia , with support from senior counsel
