Location: São Paulo, BrazilResponsibilities1.Manage company registration, corporate changes, and daily corporate governance matters2.Handle licenses, permits, and compliance documentation for the company and retail stores3.Support franchise compliance operations and help build franchise compliance processes in Brazil4.Monitor import/export compliance and provide practical regulatory guidance to the business5.Review contracts related to supply chain, procurement, logistics, and local operations6.Support labor and employment compliance to ensure legal operational practices7.Draft and improve standard contract templates and provide basic legal training to business teams8.Coordinate with external law firms and support dispute resolution and litigation mattersRequirements1.Qualified lawyer in Brazil (OAB certified) with 2+ years of legal experience2.Fluent in Portuguese and able to work in English3.Experience in commercial contracts, import/export compliance, franchise, retail, or food & be...
