We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with Derivatives experience to join our ranks with:
Legal practitioner with Ideally 2+ years’ experience within the derivatives / structured products, gained either within private practice or in-houseThe ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments. The responsibilities for this role will include:
Working with and advising business clients directly, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever-changing financial regulatory environmentDrafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation for both sell-side and buy-side clientsAssisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changesAdvising on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards
