What You Will Do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate, contracts and other documents in relation to any transaction concerning site/land acquisition (purchase or lease) or other Build to suit (BTS) Projects;
- Provide legal support and advisory services to the relevant business units regarding site/land acquisition (purchase or lease) to protect the company’s interest in day to day business activities;
