Become a part of Buttcon as a Legal Counsel, driving litigation strategy and dispute resolution. Your 5+ years of experience will be critical in managing construction-related disputes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of litigation while working closely with internal teams to minimize risks and ensure sound commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead active matters including contract breach and delay claims
- Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with external counsel
- Represent Buttcon in various settlement negotiations
- Guide cross-functional teams on litigation risks
- Provide legal input on high-risk claims
Qualifications
- Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and licensed in Ontario
- 5+ years of construction litigation experience
