New opportunity for a Legal Counsel in the Energy Sector
Are you a Legal Counsel looking for a broad, hands-on in-house role with real impact? For one of our clients in the energy sector we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team, supporting Switzerland with a wider focus across the DACH region.
Are you experienced in:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (procurement, trading, and similar agreements)
- Advising on insolvency and enforcement law matters
- Supporting compliance with public law requirements, including public tenders
- Providing legal counsel throughout all phases of complex projects, from planning and procurement to commissioning
- Managing and coordinating external law firms
