In search of its first Legal Director in Canada, the ideal candidate will be bilingual, and play a vital role in managing and mitigating legal risk across their business operations. You will provide expert legal advice to executive leadership and operational teams, draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, manage disputes, and regulatory matters, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
