Are you a litigation lawyer with experience conducting trials and other hearings in the civil courts and tribunals of British Columbia? Do you have an interest in workers' compensation or occupational health and safety? As a Legal Officer III, you'll conduct litigation on behalf of WorkSafeBC, including drafting pleadings and other documents, and preparing for and appearing in civil courts and tribunals on behalf of WorkSafeBC.
