Job Description
Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or related major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Litigation scope of work and having PERADI/PKPA Certification.
- Good knowledge and experience in handling Pre-Litigation and Litigation.
- Experience in handling corporate governance, contracts, or compliance.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing reports.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations related to corporate governance, securities, and contract law.
- Willing to business trip in branch area.
- Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- Work Location : Head Office, West Jakarta.
