Job Description
Review, analyze, and redline commercial contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and business objectives. Provide expert input on matters relating to employment law, structured finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Evaluate and advise on SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements. Interpret complex regulatory requirements and shape guidelines for compliance within evolving legal landscapes. Assess data privacy policies and practices in accordance with international standards and regulations. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to clarify legal concepts and deliver clear, actionable written feedback. Requirements Have an active Bar membership and be in good standing. Have a minimum of of experience practicing law, with a demonstrable track record in commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance.
