D&G is seeking an experienced Lessons Learned Support Analyst to support the planning, development, and execution of realistic exercise environments that replicate senior-level U.S. Government and Joint Staff operations.
What You Will Do
+ Observe, document, and gather observations and issues during Collective Training events. Facilitate lessons learned reviews during and following the event. Analyze observations to collate into command actionable issues and produce/publish reports outlined in SI 509-1. Prepare validated lessons learned from past Collective Training events for dissemination.
+ Provide feedback for after-action reviews; recommend improvements for follow-on GD events; prepare and conduct hotwash briefings and prepare a...
