- Work within a collaborative and creative operations team, contributing to the delivery of Telecom and IT services;
- Monitor networks and handle customer incidents;
- Manage support tickets via phone, email, or ticketing systems;
- Operate ticketing systems and monitoring tools;
- Configure network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Datacom) and maintain updated documentation.
- Previous experience in Telecom or telecommunications carriers;
- Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
