- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (residential and/or commercial)
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers
- Coordinate with other trades (HVAC, electrical,) when needed
