March 12, 2026 THE RENFREW COUNTY DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD requires aLICENSED TRADESPERSONGas Technician 1 /Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems MechanicLOCATION: Pembroke Plant with frequent travel throughout the County HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours/week - 12 months/year RATE OF PAY & BENEFITS: Group 12 - $37.62 - $38.50/hr (inclusive of a $3.54/hr market adjustment allowance) Comprehensive benefits package (OMERS pension plan, health and dental coverage, etc.) NOTE: This vacancy is for an existing position.POSITION SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Shop Foreperson, this position maintains, repairs, replaces, cleans, installs and calibrates a variety of plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning systems, hot water heating systems, boilers and furnaces, roof top units and fuel-fired appliances.
