Westerner Park is seeking a Casual Line Cook to join our dynamic team.
The Line Cook primarily works during events at concession locations within the Centrium and Pavilions and plays a key role in delivering high-quality, fast-paced food service.
This hands-on position is responsible for preparing and serving concession-style food items while maintaining food safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
The Line Cook may also support kitchen operations for special events, catering, and banquets as required.
Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage Services, the Line Cook is responsible for the following: Concession Operations: Prepare and cook concession-style food items such as burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and hot dogs in a high-volume environment.
