- Schedule line staffing processes to ensure colleagues are trained and have the necessary skills to perform duties safely and effectively.
- Provide proactive safety leadership for the line, ensuring STOP observations and accident incident reports are completed, findings reviewed, root causes identified, and corrective actions completed.
