Lead Medeba's Leaders in Training Program as a LIT Coordinator. Engage with teenagers through outdoor activities while providing invaluable mentorship and creating a positive camp experience.
Medeba is seeking an experienced LIT Coordinator to plan, develop, and execute its Leaders in Training Program. Ideal candidates will have experience leading teens aged 15-17 in various outdoor activities, including rock climbing and canoeing. You will collaborate with the Summer Camp Assistant Director in scheduling, organizing trips, and overseeing LIT staff mentorship throughout the camp session.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive LIT program
• Organize trips, including canoeing and rock climbing
