Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing firm, working in our Stockton office.
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurately e‑file legal documents with federal and state courts, while strictly abiding by local rules and guidelines.
- Prepare and organize legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, briefs, and trial‑related documents, including witness lists, exhibits, jury instructions, and binders.
- Ensure attorneys’ calendars are accurately updated and coordinate court appearances, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and other litigation matters.
- Organize and maintain case files on CasePeer and Dropbox, ensuring all important information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
