As an LLM Engineer, you will design and build advanced applications powered by large language models, focusing on fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). You will translate complex business requirements into high-performance AI solutions, ensuring that generative outputs are accurate, scalable, and production-ready.
What You’ll Do- Design and implement robust RAG architectures to ground LLM responses in external knowledge bases.
- Develop and manage the full lifecycle of LLM fine-tuning pipelines to align model outputs with specific domain needs.
- Optimize system performance through advanced prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and context management.
- Build and deploy production-grade AI agents using modern orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI features seamlessly into existing product ecosystems.
