Job Description
Coordinates the maintenance of various accounting systems and records, as directed. Monitors programs necessary for the analysis of program performance. Ensures compliance with local statutory and corporate accounting, reporting and filing requirements. Administers general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation. Assist local management in preparation of budgets Prepares inter-company analysis for general ledger entry. Maintains fixed asset registers and creditors ledger. Ensures proper administration of tax accounting requirements and the filing of tax returns in a timely basis. Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures (local and corporate) and ensures that internal control systems are maintained in order to safeguard the company's assets and records Prepares accurate accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis.
