General Job DescriptionUnder general supervision perform the following activities:Classifies merchandise according to PCS change customs government regulations, restrictions and import/export duty rates.Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties requiring direct and indirect customer interface.Classifies merchandise according with customs government duty rates.Fills entry forms depending on the commodity.Interface with customers on customs related issues.Types or otherwise prepares various operations reports.Maintains and audits all records and files as assigned.Provides administrative and clerical support to Manager.May be required to perform other duties as assigned.Minimum RequirementsMinimum Education:Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent.Minimum Experience:Previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.Eighteen (18) months experience on customs clearance broker activities.Minimum Required Skills:Knowledge on import and export duty rates.Average g...
