What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely and efficiently operate a front‑end loader to load materials into trucks and hoppers while supporting production needs
- Conduct daily equipment inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and assist plant operators with general plant duties as required
- Manage material stockpiles and add value‑added products to concrete to ensure quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy yard and plant environment at all times
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational standards while collaborating with plant and site teams to meet customer requirements
