Job Title: Loading Shovel Operator (Wheeled Loading Shovel Driver) Location: Rugby Start Date: June 2026 (3-month contract, possible extension available) Pay Rate: £19.00 £21.00 Per Hour (Base PAYE Rate - Negotiable Based on Experience) Industry: Aggregate Mixing Plant, Rail Depot, Concrete, Building Material, Manufacturing Morson Edge are looking for a Loading Shovel Operator in the Rugby area, to work on an aggregate mixing plant and rail depot, which includes both road and rail material export. The role will involve operating a Loading Shovel on site, to move and load materials into various bins, hoppers and crushers, ensuring consistent supply of material, including rail export. Successful candidates will also help to ensure machinery is maintained, stockpiles are managed, ensuring the safe operation of machinery on site.
