Job Description
We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented recent grads who want to break into the real estate and lending world. No prior mortgage experience required — just the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do (Hands-On)
- Work directly on real loan files from start to finish
- Review borrower documents (income, assets, credit, etc.)
- Help organize and prepare files for underwriting
- Communicate with clients to collect missing items
- Learn how deals are structured and approved
- Support the team in getting loans closed quickly and smoothly
