Locums Tenens General Dentist Needed in Portland, OR
Assignment Dates: August 3rd through August 6th
Schedule/Shifts: Monday Thursday 7:30am 4:30pm (lunch 12:30pm-1:30pm)
Patient Volume: 16-18
Patient Type: PEDS
Procedures: sealants, restorations (composites), bread and butter pediatric dentistry
Support Staff: 3 DAs, 2 Front Office Staff, Office Manager
Type of Charting: Open Dental
Insurance: N/A
Requirements: BLS, PALS, DEA preferred but not necessary
Reason for Need: PTO
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: $1,000 to $1,150 daily
Travel and Lodging Provided? Will pay for travel - prefer Mileage Only
