We are currently partnering with a global manufacturer to hire a Logistics Coordinator to support cross-border operations and transportation coordination between manufacturing facilities and Canadian operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment , managing logistics processes, and collaborating across teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and compliantly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate transportation of equipment and shipments between U.S. manufacturing plants and Canada
- Act as a key liaison with internal teams and third-party logistics providers
- Manage shipping documentation and support import/export processes
- Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and provide status updates and ETAs
- Assist with invoicing, billing adjustments, and documentation related to equipment sales
