RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning Management:
- Process and monitor information related to incoming goods received via email; manage the inbound mailbox.
- Schedule truck deliveries via email and telephone.
- Enter all announced shipments into planning files/Excel.
- Prepare and monitor mid- to long-term planning and forecasts (FCST).
- Maintain oversight of delivery schedules, slot bookings, and warehouse capacity utilization.
