Job Description

:

To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and timely following the right system and procedure in order to achieveservice excellence.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitoshipments via air, sea, and land transportation.

Prepare and process shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and bills of lading.

Track shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.

Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.

Maintain accurate shipment records and update data in logistics systems/platforms.

Assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments and delivery schedules.
