Enhance logistics efforts as part of Domtar’s team as a Transportation Coordinator in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Focus on timely domestic shipments while optimizing truck and railcar logistics for efficiency.
This permanent full-time role reports to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager. You will coordinate the movement of domestic pulp, ensuring the most effective use of transportation providers. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor truck and railcar outbound and inbound logistics
• Ensure cost-effectiveness in transportation selection
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP
• Issue regular reports on shipments and logistics
• Document processes for compliance and efficiency
Requirements:
• Experience in transportation preferred
• Strong computer skills and software proficiency
• Motivated individual with independent work style
