Loss Prevention Manager, S&lp Mexico (León)

The Loss Prevention Manager leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset protection within the assigned locations. Responsibilities include Theft investigations, Workplace Violence/Workplace Incident Management, interviews, and Physical Security of buildings.

• This role is not remote, the work place is on site
• Working journal onsite from Monday to Friday and on-call for emergencies.
• This role requires availability to travel according to business requirements.
• The Manager reports to the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
• This role requires adaptability to work on shifts depending on operational requirements.
• Law enforcement engagement experience.
• Shrink management and Investigations experience required.

• Drive the process by which compliance with all corporate loss prevention program standards is attained.
