Join Oakridge Park Mall as a Luxury Retail Manager, focusing on staff management and enhancing customer experiences. You will lead sales initiatives and ensure operational excellence during the new store opening.
In this role, you will oversee the entire team of Client Advisors, driving exceptional client service while achieving sales and operational standards. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to ensure attractive merchandising and oversee logistics and inventory management. Your leadership will also extend to preparing business reports and developing events to enhance client engagement.
