We are strengthening this area by introducing an M365 Lead role with responsibility for:
- Ownership and development of M365 core collaboration services
- Governance, standardization, and lifecycle management of these services
- Supporting security, compliance, and data protection within M365
- Aligning platform capabilities with business needs and IT strategy
