Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in the origination and end-to-end execution of M&A; and PFA deals
- Develop detailed financial models to perform valuation exercises (DCF, FCFE, DDM, transaction multiple analysis, etc.), Fairness Opinions, and capital structure analyses (Acquisition Finance, maximum debt capacity, debt structure alternatives etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of pitching materials and transaction documentation (including teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, process letter, internal presentations, and market debt sounding materials, among others)
- Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external advisors, managing data rooms and facilitating information exchange
- Interact with clients both during the origination and execution of M&A; and PFA deals
