Job Summary:
Reporting into the Portfolio Manager, the M&A Manager will be responsible for directing Volaris Portfolio’s M&A activities in various verticals globally. This role will act as our principal industry advisor on the software industry and all related M&A elements. You will provide deep domain expertise and key industry leadership regarding acquisitions and ensure the Volaris global strategic objectives are driven throughout the acquisition process.The M&A Manager is tasked with leading M&A transactions through cross-functional due diligence and gathering and leveraging integration planning inputs to support integration planning and valuation inputs. The M&A Manager also gathers important information regarding risks and opportunities for impending and ongoing M&A activities, translating this information into fact-based and well-reasoned insights on the valuation and structural impact of the acquisition.
