Your responsibilities will include optimizing the Facility Manager system and managing technician schedules, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team's efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update diverse building records including maintenance logs
• Close work orders in collaboration with technicians
• Optimize and update Yardi Facility Manager system
• Generate operational reports and dashboard insights
