In this role, you will be responsible for improving the quality of product and press efficiency for our Columbus, Ohio facility. This position will work 3:00pm - 11:15pm, Monday through Friday. What you will do
- Operation of machine and secondary equipment, including feeding material manually
- Loading of steel into sawing equipment as required using overhead crane
- Material handling with a forklift
- Support department personnel and tasks
- Measuring/Documenting of product produced to ensure quality standards
- Performing required operator level maintenance tasks
- Assisting maintenance during major breakdowns
- Sorting non-conforming product (as required)
- Cleaning equipment and surrounding areas
