**:The (EHS) Machine Safety Engineer will work closely with the EHS, manufacturing, facilities, engineering and maintenance groups to reduce hazards and ensure a safe working environment, by leading the equipment risk assessments and process hazard analysis.Evaluate equipment design and suggest modifications, and safety improvements is key for this position to contribute to the success of our safety programs.This position reports to Machine Safety Manager, and will interact with many areas and employees in the company.
**Core Responsibilities**:- Execute safety inspections to complex machinery; and report findings to stakeholders.
- Execute MSG training and assess its efficiency.
- Verify new machinery and technologies are released according standards.
- Analyze KPI ́s trends and propose actions to close the gaps.
- Follow-up on machine related observations and incidents.
