Job Description
As a Maersk Customs Services Lead, you will oversee a team responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant clearance of goods. You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, customs authorities, and customers, ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing clearance delays, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective workflow management and proactive communication.
How you create impact
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of customs professionals to ensure strong knowledge and adherence to Customs Brokerage regulations and internal SOPs
- Monitor team performance against Maersk standards, KPIs, and departmental objectives, including regular audits of shipment documentation, accounting, and filing accuracy
