Job Title: Maintenance Lead

What you will be doing:
- Act as the first point of escalation for maintenance issues on shift
- Provide leadership and direction to maintenance trades and apprentices
- Step in for the Maintenance Supervisor when needed
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Work with PLCs, conveyors, VFDs, transformers, HVAC, and more
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Maintain documentation, spare parts inventory, and preventive maintenance logs
